Main Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end procurement processes.
• Receiving price quotes, performing price comparisons, and reviewing engagement terms.
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers in accordance with company policy.
• Monitoring delivery times, handling exceptions, and providing solutions to supply issues.
• Generating reports, data analysis, and procurement cost control.
• Working with internal interfaces, including production, logistics, warehouses, and finance.
• Assisting in locating new suppliers and integrating into efficiency processes in the procurement field.
• Responsibility for updating supplier data and procurement items in information systems.
