- Management of a team of catalogers and guiding them to meet operational and quality targets.
- Management of the catalog in the SAP system.
- Definition and continuous updating of cataloging methods, including standards, tagging, descriptions, and technical characteristics.
- Routine work with Procurement, Workshops, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to obtain accurate technical information.
- Quality control of cataloging processes, including sample testing, corrections, and improvements.
- Leading projects to improve cataloging processes, including automation, intelligent classification, and data cleansing.
- Training new employees in the field of cataloging and implementing procedures, and introducing the field to headquarters personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Automotive Technician / Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the cataloging field - Mandatory.
- At least 2 years of previous managerial experience.
- Experience working with SAP or a parallel system.
- Full proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Technical English.
- Experience in cataloging roles from the automotive field, including familiarity with spare parts catalogs of vehicle manufacturers and spare parts manufacturers.
