Mechanical Manager

1. Control coordination with various departments to ensure work completeness, including:

• Controlling safety systems and accident prevention in the responsible area
• Controlling productivity enhancement activities such as 5S, energy conservation, ISO systems, or other activities according to company policy
• Controlling personnel management, including rewards and disciplinary actions, analyzing and proposing training needs, determining manpower structure plans, and evaluating subordinates' performance

1. Prepare and manage the department's budget efficiently
2. Coordinate and control in case of emergencies within the responsible area
3. Plan maintenance operations, organize maintenance management systems, and implement continuous improvement
4. Supervise and inspect employee performance to ensure compliance with defined working standards
5. Monitor work, provide consultation, and resolve occurring problems
6. Prepare and improve maintenance standards and inspect the condition of responsible machinery
7. Prepare and analyze data regarding spare parts usage, contractors, and consumables under the department's responsibility
8. Collect and analyze data on repair, maintenance, and machinery inspection operations, or occurring problems, to find solutions to prevent recurrence
9. Report performance results to superiors
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.) or other related fields At least 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the industry Able to communicate in English, including speaking, reading, and writing Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point Male, must have completed military service only
