Head of International Activities Department

organization of participation in shifts of the Center for Foreign Children (training provided on the job); electronic interaction with the GUVM MVD RF on issues of migration registration of foreign citizens arriving at the Center (training provided on the job); processing of visas and invitations for entry into the RF (training provided on the job); organization and conduct of international shifts, online meetings, seminars, round tables, conferences, forums, volunteer programs, exchange programs, and other events with international participation; communication and conducting business correspondence with foreign partners within the framework of joint programs; coordination of language support for international activities, quality control of translations; planning, control, and analysis of the department's activities, organization of meetings, preparation of employee work schedules.

Requirements

possession of an education in the field of Education and Pedagogical Sciences, Translation and Translation Studies, Linguistics, International Relations; (completed or in progress) or in a field corresponding to the job profile; experience in organizational and administrative activities; knowledge of English (conversational level, conducting business correspondence); good command of text and graphic editors and presentation software. Experience in children's camps, volunteering experience, and experience working with children is welcome.
