Sales Engineer (Based in Chonburi)

General Duty

• Visit customers as assigned or upon customer request
• Gather customer requirements and study them together with the Packaging Engineer to ensure designs meet customer needs
• Report Customer Complain to the supervisor and relevant departments

Daily Duty

• Provide customer service regarding Packaging matters, whether it be quality issues, design, and follow up on customer requirements
• Prepare plans to present the best prices to customers
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirements

Weekly Duty

• Report information related to current responsibilities, including competitor information, to the supervisor

Monthly Duty

• Prepare monthly reports regarding various activities according to the assigned customer list

Annual Duty

• Visit customers for New Year greetings and present gifts to build good relationships with customers

Qualifications: No gender restriction Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 1 year or more of experience in industrial product sales Good interpersonal skills and able to work with others Good English communication skills Able to drive a car and possesses a driver's license
