Your tasks

• Supervise and drive branch sales to achieve company-defined targets
• Manage and supervise the branch team, providing guidance, training, and developing team potential
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smoothness and compliance with company standards
• Manage products and stock, including controlling branch expenses and profits
• Oversee customer service to ensure a good experience and maintain brand standards
• Analyze sales and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for increasing sales and business development
• Create a good working atmosphere, serve as a role model for the team, and motivate the team to work efficiently
• Act as a brand representative in creating impressions and building good relationships with customers

Requirements

1. Age not exceeding 40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree
3. 3 years of experience in an Assistant Store Manager position
4. 3 years of experience in fashion, clothing, footwear, or sports business
5. Able to communicate in English
6. No visible tattoos outside of clothing
