Permits Manager for EPC for the NOFIT Railway

Electra Group is recruiting a Permits Manager for EPC for the NOFIT Railway at Electra Infrastructures. The role includes managing the permits system for the NOFIT Railway project and advancing permits for execution. Supervision and management of field managers, advancing permits, performing monitoring, and managing schedules. Working with the WOTL and third parties—Israel Electric Corporation, authorities, telecommunications companies, and more. Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician or Landscape Architect—mandatory; 5-6 years of experience in managing planning and permits—mandatory; experience working with the National Infrastructure Committee—mandatory; high-level English—mandatory (project conduct is in English).
