Transport Supervisor

1. Monitor and control operations within the unit to ensure they align with the plan
2. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery tasks are successfully completed according to plan
3. Evaluate the performance efficiency of the team
4. Monitor product deliveries according to daily orders
5. Summarize the Monthly Report for the delivery department every month
6. Control the unit's development plan to achieve targets
7. Control the process of delivering products to customers and collecting payments / tax invoices until the process is completed and handed over to the accounting department
8. Others as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field At least 5 years of experience in delivery team management Able to work well under pressure, diligent, patient, and honest Possess leadership skills to manage a team, and can communicate basic English Improve and develop the team's work, and audit the team's work to ensure compliance with the Flow Control department costs in accordance with company policy
