Business Development (AI Project/IT Project)

Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking AI Business Development to drive AI adoption across our organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities—identifying growth opportunities, analyzing departmental challenges, and co-designing AI solutions with our technical teams to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and scale the business.

Job Description

1. Analyze business processes across departments to identify AI use cases that can generate business value or improve operational efficiency.
2. Gather and analyze business requirements and pain points from internal users and stakeholders.
3. Present AI adoption strategies and solution proposals to management and relevant departments.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance and business impact of AI projects after implementation.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and define AI solutions that align with business objectives.
6. Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, and technologies for organizational needs.
7. Support the development of Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects.
8. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation within the organization.
9. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, market shifts, and competitive intelligence to continuously innovate the company's AI roadmap.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Business, Operations, IT, Programmer and Management teams to drive AI initiatives and projects.
• Promote AI adoption and share knowledge across the organization through training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, digital transformation, management consulting, product management, AI Developer or technology implementation (experience with AI/ML solutions highly preferred). Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Technical Aptitude: Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML technologies, machine learning workflows, GenAI, and data pipelines (coding not required, but ability to converse with developers is essential). Business Acumen: process optimization, ROI modeling, and strategic problem-solving. Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills
