Trade Operations (Contract)

• Review and verify documents that have been amended or supplemented as requested by customers
• Verify BC documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer instructions, as well as relevant BC regulations and internal policies
• Process LC and BC transactions according to defined procedures
• Send SWIFT messages to follow up on export/import documents as requested by customers, including performing Watchlist and Vessel screening
• Initiate Reimbursement Claims processes via email or SWIFT (TT) after receiving approval from the L/C issuing bank

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 3 years of experience in Trade Operations or Trade Finance Transaction Basic English language proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Experience in Trade Document Processing (BC and LC)
