Sales Order Management Supervisor

Management System 1.Assist in maintaining the effectiveness of the company’s established management systems; 2.Responsible for monitoring the achievement of objectives and indicators of the management system.

Other Aspects 1.Continuously track business operation status, assist superiors in completing work plans, and review contracts; 2.Responsible for performance evaluation, supervision, and follow-up of subordinate staff; 3.Responsible for communication and coordination with other internal departments, follow up on production progress, and participate in regular or strategic meetings when necessary; 4.Implement 5S management according to company requirements, work conscientiously and accurately, and prepare annual work summaries and plans.

Qualifications: Men and women aged 25–40 College degree or above Familiar with PCB industry processes Familiar with the company’s business processes Completion of employee training and assessment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to accept and operate within the company’s management systems
