Your tasks

•Develop, review, and update rolling demand forecasts (monthly/quarterly) using statistical tools and business insights. •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather market intelligence, promotions, and new product launch information. •Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and historical sales trends to continuously improve forecast models. •Lead the monthly Demand Review meeting as part of the S&OP process. •Coordinate with Supply Planning to balance demand and supply constraints. •Prepare demand reports and KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, etc.) for management review. •Manage data integrity in ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle, NetSuite, or other tools).

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Analytics.
3. Strong analytical and statistical skills; proficiency in Excel and forecasting software.
4. Familiarity with S&OP process and ERP/MRP systems.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
6. Fluent in English (spoken & written); Chinese or Thai is a plus (for multinational companies).
7. 25-30 years old, No gender requirement.
