Production Manager

1. Manage operations to achieve targets for the entire production process, including quality control, cost control, time control, and ensuring product delivery meets customer requirements in accordance with company policy.
2. Design work processes and understand machine operating procedures.
3. Control and order raw materials according to work orders.
4. Reduce waste in the production process.
5. Resolve problems, including analyzing the causes of production delays and waste generation, in collaboration with all relevant parties to improve and develop quality for maximum benefit in the production process.
6. Plan manpower and machinery efficiently to achieve maximum utility.
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Gender: Male, Age: 35-50 years old Bachelor's degree in Factory Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in a Production Manager role involving Machine work will be specially considered Knowledge and understanding of the ISO9001:2015 quality system Able to communicate in English Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and e-mail Diligent, patient, responsible, and has good interpersonal skills Able to work well under pressure and coordinate effectively both internally and externally within the organization No visible tattoos outside of clothing
