Waiter / Waitress

Main Duties and Responsibilities (Waiter/Waitress):

• Station Preparation: Clean, prepare napkins, cutlery, water glasses, and various equipment to ensure sufficient supplies for operations. Check operational equipment stock and replenish as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide attentive service to customers, take orders accurately, and create a memorable dining experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our food and beverage menus to provide effective recommendations to customers.
• Table Management: Prepare and maintain table tidiness, provide prompt service, and handle customer requests or concerns professionally.
• Teamwork: Work together with kitchen staff and colleagues to ensure smooth service and deliver food and beverages on time.
• Create a Good Atmosphere: Contribute to creating a friendly and lively atmosphere, making customers feel comfortable and welcomed throughout their visit.
• Payment Management: Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Listen to Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback regarding their dining experience and use this information to develop and improve service.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area. Follow hygiene and safety regulations to create a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications: No gender restriction, aged 22 years and above. Service-minded, polite, and observant. Able to work shifts from 16:00-01:00 and 16:00-01:30. Loves cleanliness. Able to communicate well in English.
