IT Field Service Engineer

Your tasks

• Responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of the company's radiotherapy equipment. • Coordinate service directly with both customers (user) and the manufacturer, with the goal of resolving customer problems as quickly as possible.

• When informed of an operational problem from a customer that cannot be resolved:

The employee must be responsible for managing the service escalation, such as knowing whom and which department to report to, and following up on the work to ensure the problem is resolved urgently.

Requirements

1. Male/Female, age 22-35 years (males must have completed military service).
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3. 0 - 3 years of work experience (new graduates are welcome).
4. Able to speak, read, and write English.
5. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license.
6. Knowledge of Networking (Switching, Routing, TCP/IP protocol, Wi-Fi).
7. Basic knowledge of Network Layer TCP/IP, Routing Network, Policy Firewall, Visual Firewall, OS window Linux.
8. Able to travel to work in other provinces.
9. Able to lift heavy objects.
