AIS Contact Center Thai Language (Nakhon Ratchasima)

• Provide customer information services, present products, promotions, packages, and AIS services, including informing customers of the benefits they will receive
• Build good relationships with customers to ensure confidence in using the company's products and services

(Based at AIS Contact Center Development & Training Arena, Khok Kruat Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or fields related to communication and sales
• Positive attitude towards service work and commitment to Call Center work
• Good computer skills and interest in new technologies
• Basic English skills for Call Center work
• Work in shifts, 5 working days, 2 days off per week (rotating days off)
• Age not exceeding 40 years old
