Joint determination with the student, their parents (legal representatives), and other participants in the educational process (educational psychologist, special education teacher, methodologist, etc.) of their zone of proximal development; development and implementation (if necessary) of an individual educational route and an individual development program for students. Formation of general cultural competencies and an understanding of the subject's place in the general picture of the world. Determination, based on the analysis of the student's learning activities, of optimal ways (within a particular subject educational context) for their learning and development. Planning a specialized educational process for a group, class, and/or specific contingents of students with outstanding abilities and/or special educational needs based on existing standard programs and own developments, taking into account the specifics of the student composition, and the refinement and modification of planning. Application of special language programs (including Russian as a foreign language), language culture enhancement programs, and the development of multicultural communication skills. Joint use of foreign language information sources, translation tools, and pronunciation with students. Organization of Olympiads, conferences, tournaments, mathematical and linguistic games in the school, etc.

Requirements

• Fundamentals of general theoretical disciplines in the volume necessary to solve pedagogical, scientific-methodological, and organizational-management tasks (pedagogy, psychology, developmental physiology; school hygiene; subject teaching methodology)
• Programs and textbooks for the taught subject
• Theory and methods of managing educational systems, methodology of teaching and educational work, requirements for the equipping and furnishing of classrooms and auxiliary rooms, teaching aids and their didactic capabilities
• Modern pedagogical technologies for implementing the competency-based approach, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students
• Methods and technologies of multicultural, differentiated, and developmental learning
• Fundamentals of ecology, economics, sociology
• Internal regulations
• Occupational health and safety rules and requirements for the safety of the educational environment
• Apply modern educational technologies, including information-based and digital educational resources
• Conduct training sessions based on achievements in the fields of pedagogical and psychological sciences, developmental physiology, and school hygiene, as well as modern information technologies and teaching methodologies
• Plan and implement the educational process in accordance with the basic general education program
• Develop a work program for the subject or course based on model basic general education programs and ensure its implementation
• Organize the independent activities of students, including research
• Develop and implement problem-based learning, establish a connection between subject learning (course, program) and practice, and discuss current events with students
• Carry out monitoring and evaluation activities in the educational process
• Use modern assessment methods in the context of information and communication technologies (maintaining electronic forms of documentation, including electronic journals and student diaries)
• Use diverse forms, techniques, methods, and means of teaching, including individual study plans and accelerated courses within the framework of federal state educational standards of basic general education and secondary general education
• Proficiency in the basics of working with text editors, spreadsheets, email, browsers, and multimedia equipment
• Proficiency in methods of persuasion and argumentation of one's position
• Establish contacts with students of different ages and their parents (legal representatives), as well as other pedagogical and other staff
• Proficiency in technologies for diagnosing the causes of conflict situations, their prevention, and resolution
