Production Manager

• Manage production operations to meet company targets.
• Control production costs and ensure efficiency.
• Improve product quality and enhance production processes.

Qualifications: Male, age 35 and above Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields) Over 10 years of experience in production management Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP Strong production planning skills; ability to use measuring tools Good communication skills in English Knowledge of machinery and ability to use AutoCAD Knowledge of paint or plastics is an advantage High responsibility, attention to detail, good planning skills, and strong leadership A person who is ready to adapt and has a good working attitude under the company's Core Value "TIPES" ("TIPES" = Trusted, Invovation, Passion, Expertise, Sustainable).
