Globus is looking for a Procurement Buyer!

End-to-end procurement process management: receiving requirements, generating orders, monitoring deliveries, and controlling documentation and prices. Routine work with suppliers and service providers – identifying gaps, handling supply issues, and managing polite and efficient daily communication. Coordination with warehouses, logistics, production planning, manufacturing, and other factors within the organization. Responsibility for "closing loops" – ensuring every detail in the process is executed and updated in the systems. Monitoring performance data, delivery times, and compliance with supplier commitments. At least two years of experience or more as a Procurement Buyer. Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously handle multiple open tasks. Attention to small details and a high capacity for self-control. Excellent interpersonal relations, politeness, high service orientation, and excellent interpersonal communication. Fast learning ability and the ability to deal with procurement requirements in diverse fields. Proficiency in Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel, and an advantage for experience in an ERP system (such as Priority / SAP). Good level of English (reading and writing).
