Production Technician (Chinese Coordination)

1. Complete daily tasks according to targets.
2. Prepare statistical data of problems and search for root causes.
3. Employee training: New operating methods, quality standards.
4. Understand departmental operations, including formula additions and parameter adjustments.
5. Confirm machine parameters and testing standards.
6. Improve and increase rubber quality.
7. Analyze approaches and improve problems.
8. Prepare documents, control plans, SOP, PFMEA, training documents, technical standard documents, and others.
9. Responsible for managing problems related to machinery (production process, quality, products).
10. Strictly follow company regulations, perform other assigned duties, and comply with safety, environmental, fire prevention, and other guidelines.

Qualifications: Male/Female, age between 25-35 years. Proficient in Chinese and English communication. HSK4 or higher will be given special consideration. Basic level of Microsoft Office computer skills. Analytical and decision-making skills. Understanding of overall situations and teamwork. Not allergic to rubber products. **New graduates are welcome.
