Shipping & Logistics Supervisor

Your tasks

• Plan and control Export Plan / Shipment Schedule / Loading Schedule
• Control vessel bookings, verify Booking / Vessel Schedule / Cut-off
• Control coordination of Container / Truck / Freight Forwarder / Shipping Line
• Control and monitor cargo loading and container return to ensure compliance with schedules
• Verify product readiness and information prior to shipment
• Control and verify Export Documents / Shipping Instruction / B/L
• Track shipment status from Booking until goods are On Board
• Control Shipping & Logistics expenses and reduce unnecessary costs
• Control document accuracy and Compliance according to customer and destination country requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external service providers
• Manage, assign, and monitor the work of team members, including establishing a backup system
• Resolve problems, report risks, and improve Shipping & Logistics operational efficiency
• Prepare and verify reports related to Shipment and Logistics
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

1. Female or Male, aged 28 years or older
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
3. At least 3–5 years of experience in Export Documentation / Shipping / Logistics
4. Experience in supervision or as a team leader will be specially considered
5. Good English communication skills in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing
6. Knowledge of required export documentation
7. Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Word, Excel, and ERP
8. Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick-witted, service-minded, and patient
