Sales Executive-Freight Forwarder (Import-Export) (Head Office)

• Manage existing customers and seek new customers, prepare various contracts between the company and customers, and be part of managing the documentation system for both import, export, and international transportation.

• Assess customer needs and analyze the market to identify the feasibility of selling domestic and international freight services.

• Maintain continuous positive interactions to preserve good relationships with customers; collaborate with overseas agents and customers via email or telephone to build a sales network.

• Calculate costs and profits according to the sales process, negotiate, close deals, and manage complaints or disputes until the sale is closed.

• Issue Quotation as requested by customers, as well as answer customer inquiries.

Follow up and answer customer questions, including coordinating with sales support and operations to ensure completion, and tracking shipments and coordinating internally with other relevant departments until the job is finished.

• Participate in sales team meetings and report weekly, monthly, and annual sales activities; track profits, monitor customer outstanding balances, and suggest guidelines for improvement, correction, and development.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Have communication skills and speak clearly, as you must communicate with officers, and always be ready to self-develop.
• Have at least 1 year of experience or more.
• Have knowledge or expertise in the field or have experience in CS Freight, Key Account Freight Forwarder will be specially considered.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or other related fields.
• Service-minded, have coordination skills, can work as a team, and work under pressure; have communication skills and speak clearly because you must communicate with officers, and always be ready to self-develop.
• Responsible, patient, diligent, and honest.
• Daring to think, daring to act, and accepting constructive criticism.
• Able to speak, read, and write English well; if able to speak Chinese, will be specially considered.
• Must have a private car and a driver's license.
• Age 25 years and above.
