Key Account Officer-Freight Forwarder (Not Accounting) (Age 28-35 years)

1.Following instruction and pipeline from Sales in charge and company goal. 2.Issue Quotation and SOP. 3.Coordinate with overseas agents and customer for all AIR / SEA, IMPORT/EXPORT shipments. 4.Follow loading status and solve all issues until shipment departed as scheduled. 5.Update shipment status and report. 6.Maintain relationships with existing clients and engage with prospective clients

Working days and hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30-17.30 Saturday, 8.30-12.00 (Alternate Saturdays)

Qualifications: Male-Female, Age 23-35 years At least 2 years of experience Knowledge and expertise in CS Freight, Key Account Freight Forwarder, Pricing Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or other related fields; Chinese language skills will be specially considered Ability in communication and coordination, good ability to solve immediate problems, good interpersonal skills, service-minded Careful, service-minded, and willing to take on various tasks Excellent ability to problem solving. Able to speak, read, and write English well; if able to speak Chinese, will be specially considered Flexible time for work. Able to handle pressure at a good level Able to handle emails from customers, shipping lines, and other related agencies
