- Analyzing recurring faults, identifying solutions, and implementing them.
- Leading technical teams and supervising complex contractor works.
- Working with production entities, project managers, suppliers, and contractors in Israel and abroad.
- Managing negotiations and technical interfaces.
- Responsibility for efficiency, safety, and budget compliance within the area of responsibility.
- Willingness to transition to an operational role after project completion.
- Working with external designers.

Mandatory Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory, specialization in heavy current / power systems and high voltage.
- Electrician-Engineer license – Mandatory.
- Experience in managing employees – Over 5 years.*

- Reading electrical schematics – Mandatory.
