Process Engineer (BBGI-Kanchanaburi)

Your tasks

1. Study, analyze, and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and increase factory productivity.
2. Monitor, inspect, and analyze various parameters in the production process to ensure production meets specified standards.
3. Analyze the causes of problems occurring in the production process and implement corrective and preventive actions, as well as propose continuous improvement guidelines.
4. Collect and analyze production data such as Yield, Recovery, Energy Consumption, Chemical Consumption, and other related data to increase production efficiency.
5. Participate in planning, preparing, and implementing projects for production process improvement, cost reduction, and increasing factory productivity.
6. Study feasibility, design, experiment, and monitor the results of projects involving production process improvement, machinery, equipment, and new technologies.
7. Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions, and documents related to the production process.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, Engineering, and other support units, to ensure the production process operates efficiently.
9. Support production problem-solving, machinery efficiency improvement, and the reduction of unplanned production downtime.
10. Prepare reports, analyze performance results, and present information to supervisors for decision-making.
11. Support operations regarding energy management, safety, occupational health, environment, and factory risk management.
12. Operate in compliance with the company's quality systems, environmental management, and occupational health and safety systems.
13. Implement 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other management systems as specified by the company.
14. Implement company policies seriously and consistently.
15. Follow orders from supervisors and company regulations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Energy Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Knowledge of production processes in industrial plants and a foundation in production process analysis.
3. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve production processes systematically.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Able to use data analysis programs such as Power BI, Minitab, or related programs.
6. Knowledge of process control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA) will be given special consideration.
7. Knowledge of energy management and production process optimization.
8. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
9. Good coordination, communication, and data presentation skills.
10. High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and work well in a team.
11. Able to communicate in English at an operational level.
