Manager of Financial Analysis and Management Reporting Department

Work in the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management automated consolidation system: verifying the correctness of analytics provided by Group companies for the purposes of IFRS consolidation as well as management reporting; analyzing data comparability; testing the correctness of automatic adjustments; preparing consolidated IFRS reporting and verifying automated disclosures for the reporting. Factor analysis of the Group's operating and financial activities based on advanced management analytics. Ad hoc calculations. Preparation of presentations for the Board of Directors and other events. Monitoring compliance with the unified management accounting methodology across Group companies. Initiating/implementing tasks for the automation of business processes related to the preparation of management and consolidated reporting, as well as the unification of methodology within the Group. Support and development of accounting systems, management analytics, unified methodology for RAS, IFRS and Management Accounting, and budgeting systems.

Requirements

Higher professional education: finance/economics. Work experience in large Russian industrial companies or large consulting companies (preferably big 4): preparation and analysis of consolidated IFRS reporting or management reporting for at least 3 years. Knowledge of approaches and practices used within economic and factor analysis. Professional knowledge of RAS and IFRS standards. Proficient PC user (Word, Excel, Power point). Analytical mindset: ability to extract the main points from a large array of data, to independently draw correct conclusions. English proficiency: for working with data, preparing presentations, as well as written communication with colleagues abroad. Learnability, stress resistance, diligence, ability to work in a team, result orientation, enthusiasm, desire to develop. Multitasking: ability to switch between various tasks. Time management: ability to effectively manage and dispose of one's working time.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
