HR Recruitment

1. Proactive recruitment: search for and select personnel in all Engineering fields via LinkedIn, JobDB, and other job platforms.
2. Interview and screening: conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, attitudes, and technical understanding.
3. Coordinate with foreign Hiring Managers to plan and track recruitment status.
4. Manage the employment process: negotiate salaries, present Offer Letters, and support new employees until their start date.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment or a Recruitment Agency. Experience in Engineering or Technical recruitment will be specially considered. Excellent English skills: able to Speak, Read, and Write. Expertise in proactive candidate searching, especially LinkedIn Recruiter. Basic understanding of engineering terminology and job structures. Good interpersonal skills, strong communication, and negotiation abilities. Agile, able to work under pressure, and ready to take on new challenges.
