Offset/Gravure Quality Control Supervisor

1. Inspect the quality of raw materials and in-process products according to the quality plan to accept or reject non-conforming products, and perform control and identification of non-conforming products in accordance with various standard system requirements, and communicate with the production and production planning departments promptly to ensure timely decision-making for problem management.
2. Responsible for final product inspection to release products before delivery to the warehouse for subsequent shipment to customers.
3. Responsible for and inspecting the quality control processes of Offset/Gravure work.

Qualifications: Educational background: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Printing, or related fields. Have at least 1–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing/printing factory; have 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance. Understand quality standard systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other related standards); have knowledge regarding printing work and printing equipment. Have good communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with multiple parties; able to use basic Microsoft Office programs. Have responsibility for inspecting the quality of raw materials and in-process products according to the quality plan, and inspecting the quality control processes of Offset/Gravure printing work. Able to control and identify non-conforming products, and communicate with relevant departments to resolve problems in a timely manner. Have attention to detail, high responsibility, and the ability to make timely decisions to solve problems. If you have experience in inspecting Offset/Gravure printing work, you will be given special consideration. Basic proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
