RD Packaging (English Communication)

• Control/supervise/source new packaging, compare prices, and ensure quality complies with company policies
• Coordinate with customers regarding packaging development to meet the required Spec.
• Able to negotiate with suppliers to order production that meets the requirements of both customers and the company
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operations are carried out correctly

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging Technology, Polymer, Materials Science, or related fields Good personality, leadership qualities, creative, possesses negotiation skills, and works well with others Knowledge of materials and packaging, able to propose new products to customers Able to use English at a good level Able to use general computers well, MS Office, Outlook, etc. (Fresh graduates with a good personality, good language skills, determination, commitment, and agility will be given special consideration)
