Customer Service ( NPD )

1. Receive requirements from customers and coordinate with internal departments to check the readiness of Raw Materials (RM), Production Process (PM), and Capacity.
2. Follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), Orders, and readiness at each stage, while confirming sales with customers to ensure alignment with their requirements.
3. Prepare and verify Inventory data, including notifying and collecting various related expenses.
4. Present additional products and services to customers.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher At least 1 year of experience in a related field Possess negotiation skills, be agile, have good interpersonal skills, be a new generation individual, honest, hardworking, and patient Excellent English communication skills
