Department Director

Lead the Department for interaction with shareholders in accordance with current legislation, bear full responsibility for the consequences of decisions made, as well as the financial and economic results of its activities. Organize the work of the Department and its effective interaction with all structural units of the Company and other Companies of the RFP Group, as well as with representatives of shareholders. Carry out operational and organizational-administrative activities, represent the interests of the Company and the RFP Group Companies in labor relations with employees, including on issues of concluding and terminating labor contracts. Take measures to ensure the Department is provided with qualified personnel, the rational use and development of their professional knowledge and experience, the creation of safe and favorable working conditions for life and health, and compliance with environmental protection legislation requirements. Ensure the correct combination of economic and administrative management methods, unity of command and collegiality in the discussion and resolution of issues, material and moral incentives to increase work efficiency, and the application of the principle of material interest and responsibility of each employee for their assigned task and the work results of the entire team. Resolve issues concerning all areas of the Department's activities, assign the management of individual areas of activity to other Department employees, distribute duties, and monitor their execution. Ensure the fulfillment of work tasks through regular trips to the separate subdivisions of the Company and other companies of the RFP Group located in the Khabarovsk Krai territory, carrying out constant movement and being primarily away from a stationary workplace.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
