Sales Officer (Japanese Speaking)

1. Verify and evaluate new customer profiles, including financial status and order volume potential, to propose credit limit approvals in accordance with company processes.
2. Study and analyze customer needs to prepare Forecasts and inform relevant departments.
3. Receive and process sales terms from customers under company rules and policies.
4. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to communicate and convey customer requirements accurately and completely.
5. Present prices and sales terms, and conduct negotiations with customers, focusing on creating customer satisfaction amidst competitive conditions and market changes.
6. Follow up and coordinate to resolve issues occurring with customers quickly and efficiently.
7. Visit customers to build and maintain good relationships with customers continuously.
8. Perform assigned duties to the best of ability to achieve defined goals.
9. Participate in departmental activities in alignment with company policies, such as 5S, QCC, and Safety activities.
10. Support communication and translation tasks for Thai–Japanese documents, both internally and externally, such as internal meetings, customer hospitality, or visiting Japanese companies.

Qualifications: Male / Female Age 25 years old and above Bachelor's degree in any field, or related fields will be given special consideration 1-2 years of experience in sales Able to communicate well in Japanese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) at JLPT N3 level or above Knowledge of English at a level that can be used for communication and work Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g., MS Office) Experience in sales or coordinating with Japanese customers will be given special consideration Able to work under pressure and work well with others in a team Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to learn new tasks quickly
