Our brand is opening a vacancy for a  Commercial Manager / Visual merchandiser  at  Mega Mall .

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring a high level of customer service;

Organizing the visual merchandising process in the store in accordance with brand standards, sales analytics, and seasonal recommendations;

Preparing proposals for changes in the department’s assortment, delivery timelines, and product volumes;

Controlling store stock levels to ensure optimal representation of the collection by assortment and quantity in line with brand strategy;

Participating in the organization of promotional and other marketing activities approved by the company;

Monitoring and maintaining the store’s image: technical condition of premises and equipment;

Developing commercial vision in working with the product and the store team’s merchandising;

Monitoring competitor products;

Training and developing the team.

We expect from you:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;

Skills in commercial product management (commercial visual merchandising);

Ability to work in multitasking mode and set priorities;

Strong result-oriented mindset;

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills;

Knowledge of Armenian will be considered an advantage.
