Quality Engineer

1) Responsible for the Quality Assurance aspect of the Backing plate group. Scope: Quality Assurance

1. New product control 2. In the production process from Forming--> Packing 3. Handling customer complaints 4. Auditing work in the production system and improving the quality assurance system
2. Receive and inspect quality complaints from customers (Claim/Complaint)
3. Follow up on New Model, collecting quality requirements (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
4. Inspection of incoming parts and improving Incoming Inspection processes
5. Engineering Change (EC) and following up on implementation progress
6. Cooperate in corrective actions and finding preventive measures for production problems, such as Analysis-Corrective Action Planning-Implementation

Qualifications: Male/Female, Age 28-40 years old High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) - Bachelor's Degree in Management or other related fields Knowledge of quality management systems IATF 16949:2016 / ISO 9001:2015 English communication skills (Communicate English) At least 1-2 years of experience in QC/QA Proficient in computer usage (MS. Excel, Word, Power Point)
