Administrative Officer

Anonymous Technical and Construction Company based in Palaio Faliro, with a strong presence in the construction sector of public and private energy interconnection projects, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support executive to strengthen the Administrative Department. The role is aimed at professionals with proven experience in demanding environments, the ability to take responsibility, and an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company and the construction sites. Main Responsibilities

Coordination and supervision of the company's administrative operations, with a high degree of autonomy Management, drafting, and monitoring of complex contracts and corporate agreements Ensuring full compliance with the regulatory and legal framework (labor law, Health & Safety at Work, GDPR, etc.) Monitoring Health & Safety issues in collaboration with construction sites and project managers Central point of communication between management, construction sites, partners, and public bodies Organization, maintenance, and control of corporate documentation and records Support and optimization of internal processes and workflows Management of multiple priorities in an environment of increased demands and deadlines

Required Qualifications: University/Technical Institute Degree (indicatively: Business Administration, Law, Polytechnic Schools) At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a technical/construction company Very good understanding of contract matters and regulatory compliance Experience in Health & Safety at Work issues will be considered a significant advantage Excellent knowledge of the English language (a second foreign language will be taken into account) Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to take initiative and solve problems Resilience to pressure and adaptability to a dynamic environment Benefits: Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience Stable and professional working environment Growth prospects in a dynamically growing organization Participation in complex and demanding projects with a substantial role
