Technical Supervision and Diagnostics Engineer
Supervision of the technical condition of drilling rigs, and the compliance of personnel with technical operation and fire safety rules; Taking necessary measures to eliminate identified violations in equipment operation, organizing work with personnel within the organization, participating in drafting the department plan to increase equipment operational reliability; Monitoring the timely implementation of measures provided for by accident and failure investigation reports, environmental protection, monitoring the availability and timely correction of necessary diagrams and drawings, production instructions, and compliance by personnel with their requirements; Monitoring the completeness and correctness of operational and technical documentation; Participating in commissions for investigating accidents and industrial injuries, ensuring the timely documentation of investigation results and analyzing the causes of accidents and industrial injuries; Maintaining records of accidents and equipment failures; Monitoring the correctness of personnel maintaining equipment operating modes in accordance with current organizational instructions and operating maps; Participating in the commission for the acceptance of newly commissioned equipment; Participating in the work of commissions and monitoring the testing of personnel knowledge regarding technical operation and fire safety rules; Participating in the development and monitoring of the implementation of schedules for emergency and fire drills by departments; Participating in the work of workplace certification.
Requirements
Higher professional (technical) education; At least 5 years of experience in the position of technical supervision and diagnostics engineer; knowledge of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, methodological and regulatory documents on technical equipment operation; knowledge of operating maps; knowledge of diagrams, operating principles, technical characteristics, and design features of the equipment in operation; Russian and foreign experience in the field of equipment operation; knowledge of the fundamentals of economics, production organization, labor, and management; knowledge of the fundamentals of labor law, environmental protection rules, occupational health and safety rules, and fire safety; Knowledge of business and technical English; Knowledge of business and technical Chinese; Readiness for frequent business trips (Russia and China).
Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
