management of the logistics department; management of logistics chains for equipment supply from China, organization of interregional and international logistics; provision and preparation of logistics forecasts and plans; coordinating work on the design of logistics systems and their implementation at the enterprise; development of the logistics budget and ensuring its compliance; management of logistics personnel (recruitment, training, evaluation); management of material and technical supply and procurement.

Requirements

higher professional education; at least 5 years of experience in logistics management in leadership positions; knowledge of the fundamentals of designing logistics systems; knowledge of logistics information systems and their functions; knowledge of the principles of organizing warehouse operations; knowledge of the requirements for preparing supply, transport, warehouse, sales, and financial documentation; knowledge of the procedure for developing business plans, agreements, accords, and contracts; knowledge of the economics and organization of freight transportation by all modes of transport; knowledge of market conditions and methods for studying product demand; knowledge of international standards and practical experience in the field of sales and supply chain management of products from China; knowledge of business and technical English; knowledge of business and technical Chinese; readiness for frequent business trips (RF and China).
