Equipment Repair Engineer

Implementation of integrated scheduled maintenance systems ensuring timely adjustment and repair of equipment (nitrogen plants), application of progressive repair technology, highly efficient repair devices, and mechanization of labor-intensive processes; Development of long-term and current plans (schedules) for various types of equipment repair, as well as measures to improve their operation and maintenance, monitoring the execution of approved plans (schedules); Checking the technical condition of equipment, the quality of repair work, as well as the acceptance of newly arriving equipment, and, where necessary, processing documentation for its decommissioning or transfer to other enterprises; Preparation of repair work, determining the need for spare parts for equipment repair, and providing the Organization with them on a cooperation basis; Monitoring compliance with established deadlines for compiling defect lists and repair requests; Preparation of materials for concluding contracts with manufacturing enterprises for the supply of spare parts and equipment, as well as with specialized contracting organizations for the capital repair of main (industrial-production and non-industrial) assets, and exercising control over the expenditure of funds for these purposes.

Requirements

Higher professional (technical) education; At least 5 years of work experience in the position of a nitrogen plant repair engineer; Knowledge of regulations, orders, decrees, methodological and normative materials on technical maintenance and equipment repair, and the prospects of the Organization's technical development; knowledge of the procedure for compiling estimates for repairs, requests for equipment, materials, spare parts, tools, etc.; knowledge of the unified system of planned preventive maintenance and rational operation of technological equipment; Knowledge of business and technical English; Knowledge of business and technical Chinese; Readiness for frequent business trips (RF and China).

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
