Project Manager

Your tasks

To plan, lead, execute, monitor, and control projects to ensure successful delivery within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving the company's project profitability targets.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - A Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an advantage.

3. Work Experience - Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, shipbuilding, ship repair, offshore, or marine industries. leadership or managing cross-functional teams. - Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and customer requirements. - Experience in contract management, cost control, risk management, and project reporting.
4. Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent software. - Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, resource planning, and productivity monitoring. - Understanding of engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE processes. - Ability to analyze project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. - Knowledge of contract administration, cha
5. Technical Competencies- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and execution. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent software. - Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, resource planning, and productivity monitoring.
6. Technical Competencies - Understanding of engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE processes. - Ability to analyze project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. - Knowledge of contract administration, change orders, and claims management.
7. 8. Professional Certifications - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage. - PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualifications are an advantage. - Relevant technical or safety certifications are desirable.
9. Language and Computer Skills - Good command of written and spoken English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project management applications. - Ability to prepare project progress reports, cost reports, and management presentations. - TOEIC 700 +
