Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development,business partner, strategic partnerships, or project development within engineering, energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors,Create Business Development Opportunities
• Proven track record in developing and closing large-scale projects or strategic business deals.
• Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in areas such as renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, industrial energy solutions, or integrated engineering services.
• Solid understanding of energy markets, power systems, renewable energy technologies, and infrastructure development.
• Experience in developing innovative business models and integrated business solutions that combine engineering, technology, and financial structures.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and project evaluation, including financial modeling, payback analysis, and investment feasibility studies.
• Ability to lead strategic market analysis, identify industry trends, and develop long-term business growth strategies.
• Strong network and relationship management with key clients, investors, government agencies, technology partners, and contractors.
• Proven experience in tender management, proposal development, and contract negotiation for large and complex projects.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, technical, finance, legal, and project management teams to develop competitive project proposals.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly in presenting strategic and financial business solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, partnerships, and business initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with financial modeling tools is preferred.
• Fluent in English communication (written and spoken) Toeic score 750 UP.
