Transportation Operations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Entry of daily schedules into the company system
• Daily planning and coordination of transfer services
• Communication with customers and partners for the effective and immediate management of their requests
• Communication with drivers for the excellent execution of transfer services
• Monitoring the smooth and timely execution of services in real time
• Effective utilization of the company's vehicle fleet

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a significant advantage
• Orientation towards excellent and immediate customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
• Very good communication skills and excellent professional behavior
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good use of PC, Outlook, Excel, Word
