Social Media Creative

Creative & Conceptual (Content Creative):

• Develop creative campaign ideas and communication concepts based on brand strategy and target audience
• Turn insights and briefs into creative directions, key visuals, messaging, and campaign slogans
• Create storyboards, messaging frameworks, and mood boards to guide content execution
• Ensure creative ideas are adaptable across multiple channels: social media, digital ads, websites, events, print, and PR
• Stay up to date with trends, pop culture, and competitor campaigns to inspire fresh thinking
• Collaborate with content producers or oversee photo/video shoots to ensure creative alignment

Content Creation (Execution):

• Write, design, or produce content based on the creative concept (text, images, short-form videos, etc.)
• Craft captions, scripts, or copywriting for various platforms with brand tone and messaging consistency
• Use basic tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or storyboarding tools to create or guide content
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and the marketing team for production
• Review final deliverables to ensure quality and brand alignment
• Analyze content performance and use insights to optimize future content

Qualifications: Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and conceptual development skills At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Good understanding of both digital and traditional media Able to tailor content per platform (e.g. social media, web, email, offline, etc.) Solid communication and presentation skills Comfortably working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects Basic design or content creation tool skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) Experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing/branding team Background or familiarity with EV (Electric Vehicle), Automotive, Mobility, or Tech industries A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and execution in these fields
