Engineering Manager

1. Team Management and Development: Supervise the work of subordinate engineers, evaluate performance, and provide coaching.
2. Project Planning and Control: Design processes, plan workflows, determine budgets, control timelines, and mitigate potential risks during operations.
3. Standard and Policy Setting: Implement quality standard systems in operations, such as GHP, HACCP, BRC.
4. Coordination and Consultancy: Act as a coordinator between the engineering team, management, and customers, while providing initial technical advice when problems arise.
5. Product Development and System Improvement: Research, design, and improve factory machinery (if applicable) and develop work systems to increase efficiency.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related fields). Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in engineering or project management. Language Skills: Good English communication skills (as international coordination or reading technical documents is often required). Leadership Skills: High leadership qualities, systematic decision-making, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage both work and people effectively.
