Production Engineer

1. Possess leadership skills, manage, and communicate with other departments to ensure new products are completed on schedule.
2. Lead the team in analyzing customer defects, in-process defects, and supplier defects to find root causes and solutions, including preventing recurrence.
3. Improve and develop the manufacturing system and process (Develop and Improving the manufacturing system and process).

Qualifications: Gender not specified (In the case of males, must have completed military service obligations). Age 22-35 years. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields. In case of not holding a Bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of experience in relevant engineering achievement levels is required. Possess creativity and responsibility; able to manage work time to meet deadlines. Able to perform failure analysis in the process for both Electronic and Mechanics. Possess fundamental knowledge of Electronics Board and Schematic Circuit diagram to apply for analyzing defects in the process. Possess fundamental knowledge of industrial measuring tools in both Electronics and Mechanics and apply them to analyze defects in the process. Possess fundamental knowledge of QC7tool, Statistic, 6sixma and apply them to analyze and improve processes. Able to use Microsoft office operating systems proficiently. Able to communicate work-related matters directly with foreigners (English or Japanese).
