Production Leader

Position Objectives Control, supervise, and manage the operations of employees in the Packing department to achieve maximum efficiency and comply with the standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and control the packing and arranging of products into packaging to ensure accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
2. Support manpower allocation in each working shift to achieve maximum efficiency.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding product placement and delivery, and resolve on-site problems during the shift in collaboration with supervisors.
4. Summarize daily work reports and problems encountered in each shift to report to superiors.
5. Perform duties in accordance with quality policies and promote the SAFE core values (Safety, Occupational Health, and Working Environment).

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of experience in a General Warehouse Operations Supervisor position.
• Able to use warehouse equipment well, such as MHE, Hand lift, and has knowledge regarding warehouse equipment.
• Able to use computers and basic programs for work, and has basic English knowledge.
• Able to work in shifts (Flexible working shifts).
• Possess leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate, delegate tasks, and work well with others (Collaboration & Delegation).
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills (Communication & Follow up).
• Detail-oriented, with good decision-making and immediate problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, honest, service-minded, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
