Sales Engineer

Your tasks

• Provide technical consultation regarding machinery, spare parts, and work systems to customers
• Analyze Customer Requirements and propose appropriate Solutions
• Prepare Quotations and technical documents
• Coordinate with overseas Suppliers to request technical information, pricing, and delivery lead times
• Support the sales team in product presentations and customer visits
• Conduct Site Surveys to collect data and analyze problems
• Provide advice on installation, operation, and machinery maintenance
• Coordinate with the Service department and Purchasing department to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up on projects from inception to handover
• Prepare customer visit reports and project progress reports
• Study new products and new technologies to present to customers
• Able to travel to meet customers and work upcountry

Requirements

1. Male or female, aged 25–40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
3. At least 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Engineer
4. Experience in mining machinery, stone crushers, cement plants, or heavy industries will be given special consideration
5. Able to read Drawing, Datasheet, and Technical Specification
6. Able to communicate in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
7. Possess presentation and negotiation skills
8. Service-minded and able to solve immediate problems
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
10. Ability to use AutoCAD or SolidWorks will be given special consideration
11. Possess a driver's license and able to travel upcountry
