Technician

1. Inspect, maintain, and repair various systems within guest rooms and common areas, such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and water heater systems.
2. Perform Preventive Maintenance according to the established plans and schedules.
3. Receive reports and resolve technical issues from staying guests or other departments promptly, politely, and safely.
4. Care for and maintain the swimming pool system (checking pH levels, water filtration systems, chemical dosing), which is a vital part of the villa accommodation group.
5. Record daily work reports, tool/spare part requisitions, and report complex issues to the Chief Engineer or Manager.
6. Inspect building safety and fire protection systems to ensure they are always in ready-to-use condition.

Qualifications: Vocational Certificate / High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related fields. At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance work within the hotel, resort, or villa business. Possession of a license or certificate of professional skill competency (e.g., Building Electrician Certificate) will be given special consideration. Service Minded, good at immediate problem-solving, and enthusiastic. Basic English communication skills to understand problems when assisting foreign guests.
