  • Supervise the operations of Reception, Reservation, Concierge, Bell Service, and Guest Relations (according to the hotel/villa structure)

Qualifications: Age approximately 25–45 years (depending on hotel/villa policy) Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, with prior experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager position (will be given special consideration) Good command of English, both speaking and writing; proficiency in a third language such as Chinese, Russian, or Japanese (will be given special consideration)
