Provides additional education to recipients of social services in accordance with their educational program, developing their diverse creative activities. 2. Ensures a pedagogically sound choice of forms, means, and methods of work (teaching) based on psychophysiological and pedagogical expediency, using modern educational technologies, including information and digital educational resources. 3. Conducts training sessions, relying on achievements in the fields of methodical, pedagogical, and psychological sciences, developmental psychology, as well as modern information technologies. 4. Ensures compliance with the rights and freedoms of recipients of social services. 5. Draws up lesson plans and programs, ensuring their implementation. 6. Identifies the creative abilities of recipients of social services, promotes their development, and the formation of stable professional interests and inclinations. 7. Organizes various types of activities for recipients of social services, focusing on their personalities, and carries out the development of motivation for their cognitive interests and abilities. 8. Organizes the independent activities of recipients of social services, including research, incorporates problem-based learning into the educational process, links learning with practice, and discusses current events of the modern world with the recipients of social services.
