A leading company in the renewable energy sector is looking for a Quality Control Manager for a cross-functional role that includes responsibility for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance system in projects, alongside professional supervision of execution works at the company's sites.
The role includes:
- Management and implementation of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) system within the company.
- Professional supervision of execution at the company's sites and performing field controls.
- Supervision and control of works at critical points in the execution process, including castings, lifts, electrical works, installations, and tests.
- Preparation of quality files and handover files for projects.
- Preparation of checklists and tagging lists in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitoring non-conformities, defects, and corrective actions.
- Routine work with project managers and site teams, contractors, suppliers, and design offices.
- Implementation of working methods, procedures, and standards in the field of quality in projects.
Full-time | Cross-functional role in the company | Work at company sites across the country
- Engineer's license – Civil and/or Electrical – Mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management and control in engineering projects – Mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in establishing projects in the energy field, including solar systems, storage, substations, and electrical infrastructure – Advantage
- Proven experience in controlling execution works in the field and at critical points – Mandatory
- Ability to read engineering plans and specifications in the fields of civil, electrical, and communications
- Familiarity with SCADA systems – Advantage
- Proficiency in Office applications and drafting software – Mandatory
- Good command of English – Mandatory
- Ability to work independently, attention to detail, order, and organization
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
